Using this website
These terms apply to use of the Pur Bowls website. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading or harmful material.
Menu information and availability
Menu items, ingredients, prices, hours, and availability may change and may differ by location. Check the selected store and final order details before paying. Contact the preparing store if information appears inconsistent.
Online orders
Online orders are completed through the ordering provider linked for the selected store, including Square. The provider's terms and privacy notice apply to information and payments submitted there. Confirm the store, items, pickup or delivery details, and total before submitting. Contact the preparing store promptly about corrections, cancellations, or refunds; availability of a change depends on preparation status and the applicable order terms.
Catering requests
Catering begins at 25 bowls and is subject to store availability. A request does not confirm a booking. Full payment is due three business days before the catering date. Standard delivery is within five miles of the preparing store; longer distances or service outside normal hours require manager consultation. Orders of 200 bowls or more require consultation and may need additional notice or storage arrangements. Service details and any applicable charges are confirmed before booking.
Fundraisers
Fundraisers require an approved location, date, hours, and flyer. Only in-person sales during the approved event qualify when guests show the flyer and mention the fundraiser. A minimum of $400 in qualifying sales before tax and tip is required to receive a check. The organization receives 25% of qualifying sales. Checks are issued in the organization's name after receipt of a Federal Tax ID and signed W-9 and are typically ready for pickup 30 days after the event. Ingredients and dietary requests
Our bases are made without cane sugar but contain fruit sugars and agave. Our granola is certified gluten free; this does not mean the entire facility is gluten free. Pur Bowls is not a nut free facility and cross contact is possible. Bee pollen and honey are not vegan. Discuss allergies and dietary requirements directly with the preparing store before ordering.
Brand materials
The Pur Bowls name, logos, photographs, copy, and design belong to Pur Bowls or their respective owners. Commercial reuse requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
External services and website availability
Links may lead to ordering, mapping, social media, or other services operated by third parties. Pur Bowls does not control their operation. Website information may contain errors or become outdated, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Contact us about an error or a barrier to using the site.
Your rights and updates
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable California law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Revisions will be posted here with an updated date.
